Bienvenido a Malaga! - Catching up with friends in Spain

Earlier this month, Mark and I flew to Malaga, Spain for a long weekend to meet up with his friends, Jeff and Ali, who were traveling around Spain on vacation.

It was so much fun to catch up with friends from the States and we had a great time exploring Malaga. Wearing shorts and flipflops in October is unheard of in Switzerland, so we took advantage of the Mediterranean weather to enjoy the warm sunshine!

On Saturday, we hiked up to the remains of the castle on Mount Gibralfaro. The steep up-hill was well worth the view at the top!

On Sunday, we headed down to the beach to relax and enjoy some R 'n' R! Afterwards, we headed back for a happy hour drink and then our last dinner together. (I also discovered my new favorite after-dinner drink, Quarenta y Tres!)

On our last night, we had this spectacular view to accompany our rooftop drinks!

Good friends out on the town!
